A lot of our Farringdon work arrives through a fit out programme rather than a phone call about one sign. The designer has drawn a reception feature, the contractor has a date for practical completion, and someone needs to make the lettering, the wayfinding and the manifestation and get it on the wall in the right week.
That is the part we do. We take the drawings, survey the real building, manufacture at our Marlow Bottom workshop and install with our own team. Reception logos and built-up letters, logo walls, floor and door wayfinding, glass manifestation, printed murals and statutory signage, all from one supplier.

How we work in Farringdon
Programme discipline matters more here than anywhere. We give a manufacturing lead time against your build programme, then hold the date. If decoration slips a week, tell us and we move rather than turning up to a wall that is still being sanded. We complete any site induction, and RAMS and insurance details are supplied on request before we arrive.
Access is booked in advance around Cowcross Street and the surrounding one way system, with unloading kept short and the van moved off. On occupied floors, evening or weekend fitting can be arranged on request, at extra cost. We sheet the finished floor, drill with extraction and hand back a clean space. Artwork is proofed against your brand guidelines with Pantone references confirmed before anything is cut.

Yes, and it usually runs better that way. We take drawings and a programme from the contractor, attend site meetings if needed, and issue RAMS through their system where the job needs them. Payment and instruction can sit with the contractor or with you as the tenant, whichever suits the contract.
Vector artwork, brand guidelines with colour references, and either a measured drawing or photos and measurements of the walls. From that we produce a price and a scaled proposal showing sizes, materials, fixing methods and positions. Nothing goes into production until you have signed off that drawing.
We do it regularly in this part of London. Brick takes resin anchors or a discreet backing panel, and steel can be drilled and tapped or fitted with magnets and standoffs where drilling is not allowed. We confirm the method at survey so the fixings are agreed before manufacture.
Yes. Fire action notices, escape route signs, final exit signs, fire door keep shut plates and the rest can be supplied as a package to suit the layout. We can print them in a style that matches the rest of your signage while keeping the required pictograms and wording.
For a full office package, four to six weeks from first contact is comfortable: a week or so for the quote, drawings and site measure, two to three for manufacture, then the install slot. Short notice jobs are often possible, but the material choice narrows the closer you get to the date.
