How we work in High Wycombe
Send us photos and measurements of the walls and glass, or a floor plan, and we produce drawings with the signs shown at real size on your actual walls, with a price. Once that is agreed, we visit to measure and check substrates, and nothing goes into manufacture until you have approved the drawings.
We fit Monday to Friday as standard. On an occupied floor, evening or weekend fitting can be arranged on request, at extra cost. Our installers sign in with the building manager, lay protection over finished floors, and keep the drilling to short windows. Lead times are typically two to three weeks, and a phased rollout across several floors can be spread over as many weeks as you need.

Two to three weeks from approved artwork is normal for built-up letters, because they are made, sprayed and cured before they leave the workshop. Vinyl and film jobs can be quicker. If you have a hard deadline, tell us at quote stage and we will say honestly whether it fits.
Any full height glazing someone could walk into needs marking so it is visible. That includes glass doors and frameless meeting room screens. We identify which panels need it from your plans and photos, and set the heights out on site before applying anything.
Yes, and it is often the same visit. Wayfinding between the office and the loading area, door numbering, safety signage and floor markings can all be produced alongside the reception branding, using the same colours.
Vector artwork of the logo, brand guidelines if you have them, a floor plan, and photos of the walls and glass. If the artwork is only a small image file we can redraw it, and we will confirm the cost of that before doing any work.
We do. We do not offer a formal warranty, but if there is a problem with our work in the first 12 months, such as a panel that needs re-levelling or a film corner that needs reworking, we come back and sort it. Later additions such as a new room name are usually a quick single visit.
