From first drawing to final fix
Southwark has changed a lot and the signage work has changed with it. New office buildings around Bankside and Blackfriars Road need reception branding, manifestation and wayfinding. The older streets around Borough and Bermondsey have railway arches, studios, restaurants and small shops, and those want something with more character.
We handle the whole job either way: design, manufacture at our Marlow Bottom workshop and installation by our own team. Where a project is running to a fit out programme, we work to the contractor's dates and hold finished signage until the site is ready.
What we make
Arch units and older brickwork need different fixings to a new build atrium, so the survey drives the specification. We work in painted aluminium, stainless, acrylic, timber and printed film, and we build and test illumination in house before it ships.

How we work in Southwark
Access varies hugely across the borough. A new office means booked loading bays, goods lifts with size limits and permits. A railway arch means a narrow pavement, a bumpy brick face and no room for a platform. We price from your photos and measurements, allowing for the specific conditions rather than applying a standard rate, then check them on site before anything is made.
We install Monday to Friday as standard, and evening or weekend fitting for occupied buildings is available on request, at extra cost. For restaurants and bars, we plan the fit around service times. We protect floors, extract dust when drilling and take our rubbish away with us. Once a job is complete we keep the artwork, fixings and finish details on record, so a second unit or a replacement can be matched without redoing the design.
Coverage

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Arch frontages usually need a subframe to give a flat, true fixing face, and resin anchors rather than plugs. We survey the brick condition first, because a fixing that looks fine on the surface can be into soft mortar underneath.
We do. Printed hoarding panels are a quick way to hold a site presence while work is going on, and they can carry your branding, an opening date and contact details. We fit and remove them, and we can reuse panels across sites if the design allows.
We install Monday to Friday as standard. Evening or weekend fitting is available on request at extra cost, shown as a separate line in the quote. Evening and weekend rates cover the fitters, the access equipment hire period and any permit or building charges. We would rather show it clearly than bury it in the total.
Yes. Multi site consistency is one of the reasons we manufacture everything ourselves. The same paint batch, the same LED type and the same fabrication method across every unit, rather than close approximations from different suppliers.
We can build for that. Poster cases, changeable panels, magnetic or slide in systems and rail mounted graphics all let you swap content without replacing the sign. We can also supply replacement printed panels on a rolling basis.
