New buildings, big elevations
Wembley has changed a great deal around the stadium and Olympic Way, and much of the new frontage is tall, flat and modern. Signage on those buildings has to be sized properly or it vanishes. We work out cap heights from the actual viewing distance, then build letters with enough depth and internal structure to hold their shape at that size.
Away from the developments there is a working side to the town, with industrial units and trade businesses on the estates. Those want something tougher and simpler, and we make that too.
What we make
Fabricated aluminium is the workhorse for large external lettering, powder coated and lit from behind or through the face. Inside, acrylic and stainless do the finer work. We make all of it in house, including the LED build, so the illumination is designed around the letter rather than squeezed into it afterwards.

How we work in Wembley
Access planning does most of the heavy lifting on a Wembley install. Anything at height needs the right platform, a permit for the position and often a booking slot with the estate management. We price the access into the quote, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Event days affect timing near the stadium, so we check the calendar before booking a date. For occupied offices and shops we fit in working hours as standard, with early or after-close fitting available on request, at extra cost. We do not offer a formal warranty, but if there is a problem with our work in the first 12 months, we come back and sort it.
Coverage
Wembley is covered from our City Road office, with the letters coming across from the Marlow workshop. North west London is a regular run, so return visits do not have to wait for a full trip to be worth making.

Frequently asked questions
From the furthest point the sign genuinely needs to be read from. We measure it at survey and work back, allowing roughly 25mm of cap height per 10 metres of distance, then check the result against the elevation so the sign stays in proportion with the building.
Yes. Most sets run on a timer, a photocell or both, and we can add a dimmable driver where the position needs a lower output at night. It is worth deciding at the start, because it affects which driver goes inside the letter.
We are, unless you would rather supply it. Platform hire, permits and any traffic management are quoted as part of the job. Work at height is carried out by our IPAF-certified installers, and we carry public liability insurance.
Yes. We can hold finished letters until the elevation is complete and fit at short notice once the scaffold comes down. That is common on new schemes and it avoids a finished sign sitting on a live construction elevation for months.
We thicken them slightly or change the build so they survive fabrication, transport and handling. Thin returns and fine spurs break in transit and flex in the wind. Any change goes on the drawing for your approval before manufacture.
