How we work in Wembley
Access is the planning job. Roads around the stadium and the retail units get busy in a way that makes an unbooked cherry picker useless, so once the price is agreed we visit to measure, agree a time and confirm the parking or bay suspension before the fit is put in the diary. Event days are avoided entirely.
On the industrial estates we work around the yard. Fits are booked Monday to Friday as standard, with early morning or weekend slots available on request, at extra cost, if deliveries need to keep moving. Fixings into profiled cladding are set onto the structure behind the sheet rather than the sheet itself. Lead times run around three weeks, longer for large fabricated letters.

Yes. Large letters are built in aluminium with an internal frame, made in sections at the workshop, then assembled and set out on site from a template. We calculate the height from the actual viewing distance rather than guessing, so the sign is legible without being oversized.
We do, and often on the same estate. The difference is mainly in materials and fixing. Office elevations take finer work and hidden fixings. Industrial cladding takes spanning frames, sealed penetrations and heavier gauge aluminium. The design and manufacture happen in the same workshop.
By fixing into the structure behind the sheet and sealing every penetration with the correct grommet and sealant. We never rely on the cladding sheet to carry weight. Where the elevation is insulated composite panel, we use fixings rated for it.
On request, yes. We install Monday to Friday as standard, and weekend or early morning fitting can be arranged at extra cost where traffic or yard activity makes it worthwhile. We agree the slot when the job is booked, arrange the access equipment for that day and confirm the site contact so we are not held up at the gate.
That is a normal part of the job. Our design team redraws the logo as vector artwork at full scale, checks the letter spacing and stroke weights at size, and sends a proof for approval. Small details that work on a business card often need adjusting at two metres tall.
