The Causeway and the office buildings around it hold most of the corporate space in Staines, with smaller premises through the town centre and near the station. Floors change hands regularly here, which means signage gets stripped out, replaced and rebranded more often than in most towns.
We handle that whole cycle. Removing the last occupier's branding and making good, then designing, manufacturing and fitting the new reception logo, the floor wayfinding, the meeting room signage, the manifestation on the glazed partitions and the statutory signs. Made at our Marlow Bottom workshop, installed in Staines by our own team.

How we work in Staines
Site visits here are straightforward, with the M25 at junction 13 and the A30 putting us about half an hour from the workshop. Once the price is agreed, we measure on site, check what is behind each wall and confirm access and parking with the building manager rather than assuming a bay will be free on the day.
Installation is Monday to Friday as standard, during the programme where a fit out is running. In occupied buildings, out of hours fitting is available on request, at extra cost. Reception atria and stone floors get boarded on the route in, drilling is extracted, and we clear everything before we go. Artwork is proofed against your Pantone references, and we keep specifications on file for later phases.

Yes. We remove letters, panels, film and adhesive residue, fill the fixing holes and leave the surfaces ready for decoration. It is quoted alongside the new signage, and where possible we do both in the same visit to save a second set of access arrangements.
Enough to make the glass obvious to anyone walking towards it, which is what Building Regulations Part K sets out for critical glazing. In practice that usually means a band or a pattern at the required heights. We design it around your branding and confirm the coverage on the drawing.
We design in house. Send us your logo in whatever format you have and a rough idea of what you want, and we will produce concepts and scaled drawings showing the signage in position. Vector artwork can be redrawn from a good quality image if needed.
Yes. A lot of the glazed office space here overheats on the south and west facing glass. Solar control film cuts heat and glare without going dark, and it can be fitted at the same time as manifestation and privacy graphics on a single visit.
No. We will do a single reception logo or a full building package. That said, a small job on its own carries the same access and travel costs as a bigger one, so it is often more economical to group work together into one visit if you have several items pending.
