How we work in Maidenhead
We quote from your photos and measurements, then visit once the price is agreed. We check the elevation, the substrate and the power run, then take photographs so the visual we send back shows the sign on your actual building at the right size. If the site is managed, we send the drawing to the agent or landlord for approval before manufacture starts.
Installation is planned around occupancy. We fit Monday to Friday in working hours as standard. An early start before the car park fills, or Saturday fitting for a town centre frontage, can be arranged on request, at extra cost. We book access equipment in advance and clear the site properly. Yes. Letters can be fixed to a glass elevation using bonded standoffs or a discreet clamped rail, or applied as a vinyl and film build up on the inside face. We survey the glazing first, because toughened units cannot be drilled and the fixing method has to suit.
Easily. Totems and plot boards are built with removable panels or slats. We take a template from the existing sign, make the replacement panel to match, and swap it on site in a single visit. The rest of the sign stays exactly as it is.
Around three weeks from artwork approval for a standard set. That covers cutting, fabrication, powder coating, LED fit out and testing at the workshop. Electrical connection on site is booked alongside the install so the sign is lit the day it goes up.
Always. You get a scaled drawing with sizes and materials, plus a visual of the sign superimposed on a photograph of your building. It is the easiest way to check that the letters are the right height before anything is made.
We work with your electrician or bring in ours. The supply needs to be brought to a fused spur near the sign position, and we make the final connection and test the photocell and timer. It is agreed at survey stage so nothing holds up the install.
