A lot of those buildings have flat panelled elevations or curtain walling, and flat printed graphics get lost on them. Dimensional letters do not. What we build
There is no standard catalogue letter here. Every set is cut, folded, welded or routed to your artwork, then finished to the colour you specify. Depth is a choice, not a default. A reception logo might sit 10mm off the wall on locators. An external sign on a two storey elevation might need a 60mm fabricated return to read properly from the road.

Yes. We locate into the panel rails where possible rather than drilling randomly through the face, and every penetration is sealed. On rainscreen cladding we usually recommend a rail system, so the letters hang off one line of fixings instead of many separate ones.
They do. Each set runs on low voltage LEDs with a driver, and the driver needs a mains feed. If there is no supply nearby we can work alongside your electrician, or bring one in. On new fascias it is far cheaper to get the feed installed before the letters are made.
As a rough guide, allow around 25mm of cap height for every 10 metres of viewing distance. On a typical business park frontage that puts most primary lettering between 200mm and 400mm high. We check it against your actual sight lines at survey rather than guessing from a photo.
Usually. We allow time in the install to remove the old letters, fill the fixing holes and make good the wall where we can. If the elevation will need proper redecoration afterwards, we will tell you at survey rather than after the van has gone.
We do not offer maintenance or service contracts. We do not offer a formal warranty, but if there is a problem with our work in the first 12 months, we come back and sort it. Because we hold the manufacturing records, a replacement part matches the original rather than being close enough.
