How we work in Bracknell
Business park landlords normally want a method statement, insurance documents and a fitting window agreed in advance. When they ask for it, we send that pack across before we turn up, and we book access with the estate office rather than leaving you to chase it. We carry public liability insurance, work at height is carried out by IPAF-certified installers, and we bring our own access equipment where the site allows it.
Fit out programmes move, so we build in some flex. If your handover slips a week we will hold the finished signage at the workshop rather than dropping it on a live site. We work from the site plan and photos of every position, produce a drawing pack showing each sign type with a price, and agree materials and colours once. Then we measure on site and manufacture the set together so everything matches. Installation is phased to suit the estate rather than done in one disruptive week.
Yes, on request for jobs that need them. You get a risk assessment and method statement specific to the job, our public liability certificate and confirmation that our installers are IPAF certified for work at height. If the estate has its own permit system we complete that too, before the fitting date.
We do not put a number of years on it, because it depends on the site. Exposure, sunlight and knocks all make a difference. We keep a record of what went into your sign, and while we do not offer a formal warranty, if there is a problem with our work in the first 12 months, we come back and sort it.
Yes, on request. We fit Monday to Friday as standard. For occupied offices, or jobs that need a car park closed off, evening or weekend work can be arranged on request, at extra cost. There is a cost to it, and we show it separately in the quote so you can decide.
Not at all. Single fascias, one door graphic, a replacement panel on an existing totem, all fine. Small jobs get the same survey and the same fitters, and they usually turn around faster because there is less to make.
