How we work in Canary Wharf
We install Monday to Friday in working hours as standard. Where a building needs the work done in the evening or at a weekend, that can be arranged on request, at extra cost. Risk assessments, method statements, insurance certificates and installer details are supplied on request, and we sheet and protect the floor before a drill comes out of the case. Stone and polished plaster are templated first, so there is one set of holes and no trial and error.
Lead times are set around your fit out programme rather than ours. Where a wall finish is not ready, we hold the letters and fit later. Brand guidelines are followed to the millimetre, and a setting out drawing goes to you for approval before anything is cut.

We book the slot with building management, supply RAMS and insurance details on request and leave the area clean and ready for the morning.
With drilled and resined locators set into the joints or into positions agreed from a full size template. The letters sit off the face on stainless rods, so the stone takes a small number of clean holes rather than a spread of them across the panel.
Yes. Halo illumination sits inside the letter body with the LEDs facing back at the wall, and the driver hides in the ceiling void or a nearby cupboard. From the front you see the letter and the glow, not the hardware.
Yes. We can specify a fixing method that allows for removal and making good, and we will handle the removal when the time comes. Flat cut letters on locators come off with far less damage than adhesive fixed lettering.
We do. You get a scaled setting out drawing showing letter sizes, position, materials, finishes and fixing detail. That is normally enough for building management sign off, and we amend it if they come back with comments.
