Signage for a working estate
Canary Wharf work is rarely just a sign on a wall. It is a reception logo that has to be in before Monday, a floor of wayfinding that has to match a global brand book, glass manifestation across a fit out, and a set of meeting room plates that nobody thought about until week eleven of a twelve week programme.
We are set up for that. Drawings, samples, manufacture at our own workshop, then installation by our own team working to building management rules, with out of hours slots available on request, at extra cost. Nothing is handed to a third party halfway through, so when a date moves there is one person to speak to.
What we make for offices here
Most of the work is internal and most of it is on glass, plasterboard or a lift lobby wall. Finishes matter more than size. We make brushed and polished stainless, powder coated aluminium, acrylic, and printed film that has to sit dead flat on a full height partition without a bubble in it.

How we work in Canary Wharf
Access drives everything. Deliveries go through a goods entrance with a booked slot, and materials come up in a service lift with dimensions we need to know in advance. We fit Monday to Friday as standard, and evening or weekend slots can be arranged on request, at extra cost. Once the price is agreed we measure on site with all of that written down, so the install team is not improvising on the day.
Occupied floors get treated carefully. We protect finishes, work with dust extraction when we drill, and clear up before the cleaners arrive rather than after. Building management usually wants permits, insurance and a method statement in advance, and we submit those ourselves. Where a job has to be done in phases across several visits, we say so up front instead of discovering it on site.
Coverage
We cover the whole estate and the surrounding docklands, along with the City and the rest of central London. Our London office at City Road is close by for meetings by appointment, and manufacturing happens at our Marlow Bottom workshop, which keeps lead times short and quality control in one place.

Yes, on request, at extra cost. We fit Monday to Friday as standard. Where a building needs work done out of hours, we can arrange it on request, at extra cost, and we book the goods lift and loading bay and work to the building's rules.
Two to three weeks is typical from sign off for built up letters or a metal logo, allowing for fabrication and finishing. If the deadline is tighter, tell us early. We can sometimes reorder the workshop schedule, and we would rather do that than promise a date we cannot make.
Yes. We set manifestation at the right heights and contrast so glass reads as glass, and we can work it into your brand pattern rather than applying a generic dot band. Samples go up on site first so you can check it against the actual light.
We can. Finished work sits at our workshop, wrapped and labelled, until the site is ready. That is safer than delivering into a building still full of contractors, and it means a delayed handover does not turn into damaged signage.
Yes. Conference graphics, branded panels, stage backdrops, banners and pop up displays are all made in house. We can install and strike them, which matters when a venue only gives you a few hours either side of the event.
