Between the High Street shops, the office buildings on the ring road and the units along Cowley Mill Road, Uxbridge asks for a fair range of signage in a small area. A retail fascia, a glazed office entrance and a warehouse gable are three different problems, and the fixing detail changes on each of them.
We quote from your photos and measurements, then visit to measure and check the fixings once the price is agreed. The letters are then made at our Marlow Bottom workshop and fitted by our own team.

How we work in Uxbridge
High Street work is fitted in working hours as standard, and fitting before the shops open can be arranged on request, at extra cost. Office and business park installs are booked with the building manager, and insurance details, method statements and installer certificates are supplied on request ahead of the date.
On occupied buildings we treat the working area properly. Dust sheets down, extraction on the drill, everything cleared before we leave. If a wall turns out to be different behind the surface than the survey suggested, we stop and agree the change with you rather than improvising and hoping.

Usually. Fine details, thin strokes and gradients need adapting for manufacture, and we redraw them so the shapes hold in metal or acrylic. You see the revised drawing before anything is made, and nothing changes without your approval.
Stainless steel locators fitted with resin anchors will outlast the finish on the letters in most cases. Problems usually come from the wrong metal against another, or from unsealed holes, and both are avoided as standard on our installs.
Yes, though where the brick is soft or attractive we prefer the mortar joints. Joint fixings are stronger than they sound, they are far easier to make good later, and they keep the face of the brickwork free of drill marks.
Yes. Colour and finish samples are normal on larger sets, and on a big fabricated job we can produce a single sample letter, so you can check the depth, the finish and the illumination in place before the rest go into production.
Regularly. A typical office job is a set of external letters, a reception logo and internal directory lettering, all made together, finished the same way and fitted on the same programme.
