The wrong fixing into cladding, a colour that shifts between the printed graphic and the painted letters, illumination you cannot service without dismantling the whole thing. Doing everything ourselves is how we avoid that. We design it, make it at Marlow Bottom and fit it with our own team.

How we work in Uxbridge
We quote from your photos and measurements first. Once the price is agreed we visit, look at the fixing face, work out what is behind the cladding or render, find a power route if the sign is lit, and settle on an access method. Loading and footfall make high street frontages tricky, so an early morning slot can be arranged on request, at extra cost. Office and industrial sites are usually straightforward once the permit is in place.
Lead times run from a few days for graphics to two or three weeks for fabricated and illuminated signage. Occupied offices are fitted Monday to Friday as standard, with floors protected and dust extracted, and evening fitting is available on request, at extra cost. We keep the artwork files and material specifications for every job, which is what makes a repeat order or a replacement exact rather than approximate.

Yes, and it is usually part of the quote. We take the old sign down, dispose of it, and make good the fascia or fixing face. We photograph the substrate once it is exposed so any repair needed is agreed with you before the new sign goes up.
It depends on the frontage, the trading hours and the budget. A tray sign gives an even lit panel and is generally cheaper. Individual letters look considerably better and let the fascia show through. We will show you both as visuals on your own building.
We wire the sign and terminate it ready for connection. The final connection into your supply is done by a qualified electrician, either ours or yours. We will tell you at survey where the supply needs to come from and what is required.
Yes. Reception logo, manifestation, wayfinding, room numbering, wall graphics and any external signage can all come on one order. Doing it together keeps the finishes consistent and means one visit rather than several from different suppliers.
Tell us at the start. We can sometimes move a job up the workshop schedule, and graphics and vinyl work can often be turned around in a few days. We will not promise a date we cannot make just to win the order.
