Chelsea offices tend to be smaller and more characterful than the tower floors east of here. Converted upper floors above King's Road retail, studio space near Lots Road, design and showroom businesses around Chelsea Harbour. The signage has to suit period joinery, awkward corridors and rooms that were never laid out for an office in the first place.
We design, manufacture and fit the interior signage that goes with all of it. Reception logos and 3D lettering, logo walls, door and meeting room signs, glass manifestation, printed murals and the statutory signage the building needs. It is made at our Marlow Bottom workshop and installed in Chelsea by our own team.

How we work in Chelsea
Access shapes the programme here more than anything else. Narrow stairs, restricted loading on King's Road and Fulham Road, and neighbours above and below mean we plan the drop off before we plan the fixing. Panels are sized so they can actually be carried up, and larger reception pieces are built in sections that assemble on the wall.
Once the price is agreed we visit to measure, then proof to your brand guidelines with the Pantone references confirmed in writing. Floors get boarded or sheeted, drilling is done with extraction, and everything is cleared the same visit. If the office stays open through the works, evening fitting can be arranged on request, at extra cost, so nobody is working next to a drill.

Frequently asked questions
Not usually, but it does change how we build. We check the stair width and any turns at survey, then make oversized panels in sections that join on site. If a piece genuinely will not go up, we redesign it before manufacture rather than finding out on install day.
Yes. On original plaster, panelling or cornice work we look for a fixing route that avoids the feature altogether, using standoff pins into sound substrate or a mounted backing panel. Where nothing safe is available we will say so and suggest a different position rather than risk the finish.
We fit both. Frosted and dusted film for meeting rooms and consulting rooms, solar film where a south facing window is cooking the desks, and printed or cut manifestation where the glass needs to carry the brand. All of it can be combined on the same pane if needed.
For a reception logo, room signs and manifestation, expect around two to three weeks from artwork approval to install, depending on materials. Painted metal and illuminated pieces take longer than cut acrylic or vinyl. We confirm the date once the proof is signed off, not before.
Yes, and we make good afterwards. Old letters, adhesive residue and film all come off, holes get filled, and we can arrange a touch up in the existing wall colour if you provide the paint reference. It is worth quoting the removal and the new work together.
