How we work in Kensington
Loading is the practical constraint on most of these streets, so we survey with that in mind and keep the vehicle time on site as short as we can. We install Monday to Friday in working hours as standard. Early morning or evening fitting for shops, offices and clinics can be arranged on request, at extra cost, and galleries want us in and out between hangs.
We take our own templates from the building rather than working from drawings, because frontages here are rarely square and lettering set out from a plan will look wrong. For repeat clients we hold artwork, paint references and material specs on file, so a second site or a replacement plate matches without a fresh round of samples.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. We use films and adhesives chosen so they lift cleanly from painted plaster without pulling the surface off. Cut vinyl exhibition titles, wall text and printed panels are all made in house, and we can install and remove them between shows.
We do. Brass and bronze plates, engraved or cast lettering, satin or polished finishes, with concealed or exposed fixings depending on the frontage. We can match an existing plate on the same building so a new tenant's sign does not look out of place beside it.
We sheet floors and adjacent surfaces, use extraction on the drill, and vacuum as we go rather than at the end. Any fixings into decorative plaster are agreed before we start. On sensitive interiors we will trial a fixing method on a discreet area first.
We do not offer maintenance or cleaning contracts, and we do not offer a formal warranty, but if there is a problem with our work in the first 12 months, we come back and sort it. A wipe down now and then keeps most signs looking clean.
Yes. Multi site work is routine. We survey each address, produce a drawing pack, manufacture the whole set together for consistency, then phase installation so you are not dealing with disruption everywhere at once.
