How we work in Westminster

Yes. We supply names, photographs and certification in advance for passes, and our teams are used to escorted access and signing in and out of controlled areas. Tools and materials are booked in and out where the building requires it.
By keeping penetrations few and small, or by using a removable backing panel. At the end of the lease the panel comes off, holes are filled and the wall is made good. We can quote the removal at the same time as the install if that helps with dilapidations.
Usually. Drivers can sit above a ceiling or in a nearby cupboard with low voltage cable run to the letters. If there is genuinely no route, we will say so and suggest a non-illuminated build rather than running surface cable across a finished wall.
Yes. Directory boards, floor numbers, meeting room names and door signage can all be made in the same materials and finishes, so the whole set reads as one thing rather than several suppliers' work in one building.
We install Monday to Friday as standard, and out of hours work is available on request, at extra cost. Give us a couple of weeks where you can. Manufacture, sample approval and building management sign off all take time, and the install slot itself often depends on the building's availability rather than on ours.
