We fit a lot of signage in Westminster buildings where the visitor route is longer than people expect. Street entrance, security desk, lift lobby, floor, then a meeting suite somewhere off a corridor. Signage has to work as a sequence, not as a set of individual panels bought at different times.
So we start with the route and design outwards. Reception logos and 3D lettering, floor directories, corridor and lift lobby wayfinding, meeting room and door signage, glass manifestation and the statutory signs the building needs. All made at our Marlow Bottom workshop and installed by our own team.

How we work in Westminster
Security is usually the first conversation. Many buildings here want installer details in advance, photo ID on the day and an escort while work is carried out. We provide installer names before the visit, and insurance details, method statements and risk assessments on request, so nobody is held up at the desk.
We fit Monday to Friday as standard, and out of hours fitting can be arranged on request, at extra cost. We protect lobby stone and carpet on the route in, keep tools and packaging contained, and drill with extraction. On larger buildings we phase floor by floor so only one area is affected at a time. Numbering and naming conventions are agreed in writing first, which saves reprinting panels because a room got renamed midway.

Yes, and it is worth planning it as one scheme. We survey the full visitor route, agree a numbering and naming convention, then produce a schedule listing every sign, its position, size and wording. The schedule gets signed off before manufacture, which avoids the usual round of corrections.
The frame stays fixed to the wall and a printed insert slides in behind a clear or brushed face. Replacement inserts can be produced by us in a couple of days, or supplied as a print file so your team can run them off internally. The frames stay on the wall when the names change.
Names, company details, insurance certificates, method statement and risk assessment, plus any induction the building requires. Send us the security contact and their requirements once the order is placed and we will complete the paperwork well before the install date.
Yes. We install Monday to Friday as standard, and evening, weekend or early morning slots can be arranged on request, at extra cost. We scope the work so each visit finishes and clears before the next working day. If a floor has to stay live during the day, we cordon and work in short sections.
Our work here is inside the lease, but if anything you want does need a consent application we can supply the drawings for it and work with your landlord or agent. Most interior packages need nothing more than the landlord's approval, which is usually straightforward.
